The Lagos born Nollywood actor, producer, singer and director is contesting for a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly in the fast approaching 2015 elections under the umbrella of the All Progressive Congress, APC.
- Yemi Solade:
Popular for starring in Yoruba films and the award winning TV series 'Super Story'.
The Yoruba actor is contesting for a seat in the Senate on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
- Bob Manuel Udokwo
Remember him from 'Games Women Play' Rattle Snake', 'Living in Bondage' and When the Sun Sets'?
The Anambra state born actor has declared his intention to run for for a seat at the Anambra State of Assembly in 2015.
The actor will be contesting on the platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA)....
The actor is currently the Senior Special Adviser on Nollywood and entertainment to Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano.
- Offiong Kate Henshaw
The 43 years old award winning actress is popular for her movies like 'When the Sun Sets' Games Women Play' among others.
The actress is contesting for the Federal House of Representatives for Calabar Munical/Odukpani Federal Constituency under the PDP platform.
Kate officially unveiled her campaign on the July 19th onwww.campaign.ng.
- Kenneth Okonkwo
Popularly called 'Andy', a name he earned from his outstanding performance in the movie 'Living in Bondage'.
The veteran actor has declared his interest to represent Nsukka/Igboeze South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
- Jibola Dabo
Popular for his 'Sugar daddy' roles, the Ondo State born actor is set to contest in the forthcoming elections.
Jibola has made known his intentions to represent Owo/Ose Federal Constituency in Ondo State, his intended platform is yet to be revealed.
- Funke Adesiyan
The actress has made her intention to contest for the seat of the Ibadan South-East constituency in the House of Assembly.
The Oyo State born actress disclosed her intention via a Blackberry broadcast message, she has so far received massive support from her collegues.
